Good news: your bottles are on their way. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Sip Water order from us to you.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (for stock items) of being placed. We're fast, but we're not magic. Give us a moment to pack your bottles with love (and bubble wrap).
Shipping Times (for stock items)
- Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days. Good things come to those who wait.
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days. For when you needed it yesterday.
- Overnight Shipping — Next business day. We see you, and we respect the urgency.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Yes, free. You're welcome.
- Flat rate shipping of $10 for orders under that threshold.
- Expedited and overnight options calculated at checkout.
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. International shipping? We're working on it — the world deserves Sip Water too.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Refresh obsessively. We don't judge.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives looking like it lost a fight, or doesn't arrive at all, email us at Hello@DrinkSiPWater.com and we'll make it right. Bottles should arrive hydrating, not heartbreaking.
Delays Sometimes the universe has other plans (weather, carrier delays, Mercury in retrograde). We'll do our best to keep you updated if anything comes up.
